At Zofia Bel Luxury, each piece is carefully curated, authenticated and described. Due to the nature of luxury resale, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. All sales are final. Responsibility for care passes to the buyer upon purchase.

We are committed to complying with Australian Consumer Law. Returns, refunds, or other remedies will be provided only where an item is deemed faulty, not as described, or does not meet our consumer guarantees.

As all items are pre-owned, unless stated otherwise, minor signs of wear consistent with previous use are to be expected and are clearly outlined in product descriptions. These are not considered faults.
