 All orders over $500 are shipped with signature on delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Orders under this amount may be delivered without a signature if requested. If Authority to leave has been requested, this is done at the customer’s own risk.

Once an order has been delivered and, where applicable, signed for at the nominated address, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer. Zofia Bel Luxury is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been completed.
